So my friend Vicky gave me a case of home-brew last month. At the time it had to sit a while longer before it was "ready".
Tuesday I put some in my 'fridge. Yesterday, I had one.
Ambrosia. Nectar of the Gods. Nummy-licious.
Those are but a few of the many words I could use to describe how tasty this brew is.
The rules of drinking homebrew (paraphrased) are:
1) Save the bottles afterwards.
2) Enjoy the beer.
3) Save the bottles afterwards.
4) Keep the beer in a temperate place outside of direct sunlight.
5) Save the bottles afterwards.
6) Save the bottles afterwards.
That's gonna be a lot of bottles.
