Okay, maybe not. Still, one has to admit that a red sunrise is kinda creepy. I have it on fairly good authority that there's a couple of Nazgul hanging out in this area. I'm sure there's no other explanation for folks who rasp and wear all-concealing, shabby, black clothes.
