On YouTube, you can pretty much see all 11 episodes of G.I. Joe - Resolute. It's an animated offering that was apparently on Adult Swim.

It's pretty hard-core.

There's bodies. There's actually blood.

At least three locations are obliterated using particle weapons.

It's written by Warren Ellis, so it's pure genius.
