Mochi is my current new obsession. It's a tasty rice-cake treat with varying fillings.
I've found it in the following flavors as the filling:
- red bean (my favorite)
- brown sugar (a little too much for me)
- green tea (also tasty)
- seasame seed (okay)
- peanut (haven't tried yet)
- taro (haven't tried yet)
Alas, the store I bought the mochi at was out of red bean. I may dispose of the brown sugar mochi at the office.
