I'm still having strangely-vivid dreams. I think I'm past whatever illness I had. I was, after all, feeling good enough to brave the fog and ride my bike to work with no ill effects.
Maybe it's just a weather thing that gives me the dreams.
I pretty much know they're dreams when they're happening. Usually. It's when they blur into what's "real" that I have trouble. An alarm clock goes off but my alarm clock in the real world hasn't done that yet. I'm talking with someone I know in the real world, but who is someone I don't know all that well.
When I can fly or move things with my mind, it's pretty straightforward. Clearly it's the real world.
